WARM India

WARM India is a collective movement in a very impoverished area of Southern India. WARM India is able to provide work for the women in this community, who would otherwise not be able to work anywhere else due to cultural gender pressures. They grow biodynamic cotton, and have a textile mill and a garment factory, where the community can make clothes to sell and thereby support themselves. With further funding, this inspiring project can grow, and give opportunities to more women in other communities.
